- Seismic zone II compliant RCC framed structure with isolated, combined foundation as per design, the external brick work 9 inch thick and internal brick work 4.5 inch thick.

Flooring :
- Vitrified tiles, marble for living and dining area, in other area designer ceramics tiles.

Kitchen :
- L shaped black marble, granite platform with stainless steel single bowl and drain board sink of I.S.I make equivalent 2 feet dado above platform area in ceramic glazed tiles, R.O. drinking water point in kitchen.

Toilets :
Floor : Marble flooring and ceramic glazed tiles dado to 7 feet high. Washing machine point in utility area wash basin will be provided in dining area.

Doors And Window :
Door Frames : Steel door frames will be provided for all doors in the flat.
Door Shutter : Main door with laminated sheet pasting on flush sutter and all door commercial type factory built up flush door.
Windows : Aluminium frame with glass and guard steel bars.

Electrical :
- Fire resistant electrical wires of I.S.I make electrical switches of modular. One earth leakage circuit breaker (ELCB) for distribution box with in each flat telephone, TV point in master bedroom and living area. Lightning arrester for the building.

Cable TV :
- An exclusive network of cable TV will be provided with a centralized control room at a convenient location (user to pay the operator on a monthly basis).

Telephone :
- A telephone system with intercom facility will be installed through wire to each flat. A telecom service provider for a nominal deposit and monthly rent will operate this system intercom facility from each apartment thro out complex. Broadband connectivity included.

Lift :
- ISI marked 6, 8 passenger capacity.

Generator Power backup





A standby generator is a back-up electrical system that operates automatically.
